Murder arrest after woman found dead at house

A woman was found dead at a house in Cowdrey Close, Toothill

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was found dead at a house.

Wiltshire Police said it was called to a sudden death in Cowdrey Close in Toothill, Swindon, in the early hours of Wednesday.

A man at the property was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.

A cordon is in place at the scene as investigations continue.
