Man arrested after report of serious sexual assault
Police said a cordon was in place in Leicester's De Montfort Square but was later lifted

A man has been arrested after a report of a serious sexual assault in a park in Leicester.
Police issued an appeal following the attack in De Montfort Square that happened at about 04:00 GMT on Saturday 30 November.
A man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with the assault and remains in custody, police said.
Leicestershire Police said it was continuing to investigate and urged people with information to contact the force.
