Murder suspect bailed over fatal car park attack

A man has been bailed after he was arrested on suspicion of murder over a fatal attack on a man in a supermarket car park.
Luke Elliott-Shircore, 44, was found dead at his home in Ilkeston on Wednesday.
Derbyshire Police said it was understood he had been assaulted in the car park of the town's Aldi store in Manor Road, at about 16:15 BST on 25 May.
A 53-year-old man was arrested and has since been bailed, the force added.
Mr Elliott-Shircore's family are being supported by specialist officers and have asked for privacy, police said.
Detectives have appealed for information about the circumstances that led to his death.
The force has set up a dedicated website, external where people can leave information they may have about Mr Elliott-Shircore's death.
Det Ch Insp Jen Lovatt said: "We believe that someone in the local community will have information about the circumstances which led to Luke's death and are keen to hear from anyone who was in Aldi car park between 16:00 and 17:00 on 25 May."
