For the first time since Covid, Jersey has welcomed two missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Sister Olander from Utah, United States and Sister Bray from Johannesburg, South Africa, will spend the next couple of months meeting people from the community and sharing their faith.
The women, both 20, have self-funded their mission and taken time out of studying to spend 18 months in the UK.
During Covid their contact with people was limited to online but now they are able to travel and engage with people face to face once again.
Sister Bray said: "It is so exciting to be back in Jersey and to be able to bring the Gospel here and to be able to invite people to learn more.
"It's a privilege and an honour to be able to to bring this joy and this light to people in Jersey."
Most of the tens of thousands of missionaries serving for the Church of Jesus Christ are young people under the age of 25, serving in 407 missions throughout the world.
