Officials have urged islanders to avoid clicking on links on suspicious emails
- Published
A warning has been issued to islanders after reports of fake tax service emails.
Members of the public told the States of Guernsey they have received scam emails from its Revenue Service.
The States urged people to "be aware" and said those who receive the emails should avoid clicking on any links or attachments.
It said any communication from the Revenue Service would be sent from noreply.revenueservice@gov.gg and any emails from members of staff would be sent from emails ending with @gov.gg.
