A woman has appeared in court charged with assisting an offender in connection with an alleged murder outside a Boston pub.

Adrian Whiting, 35, died in hospital two weeks after the incident outside the Carpenters Arms on 14 January.

Katya Tsoneva, 34, of Red Lion Street, Boston, denied the charge during a hearing at Lincoln Crown Court.

She was bailed and will face a trial alongside co-defendant Maksim Iliev on 15 July.

Mr Iliev, 35, of Union Street, Boston has denied a charge of murder and a second charge of manslaughter.

He was remanded in custody during a hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on 5 June.

The trial is expected to last seven days.
