A motorcyclist in his 40s has died following a collision.

Norfolk Police said it was called to the A149 at Stiffkey at about 12:02 BST on Tuesday.

The force said a red Triumph Bonneville Street Twin 900 motorbike was travelling towards Cromer, before coming off the road at a verge and hitting a hedgerow.

Police said emergency services were sent, including the air ambulance, but the man was declared dead at the scene.

The road was closed but had since reopened.

Officers appealed for any witnesses or people with dashcam footage to get in touch.
