A West Yorkshire Police officer will face trial next year after denying assaulting a member of the public while on duty.
PC Denis Kadric, of Wolley Avenue in New Farnley, Leeds, is accused of causing actual bodily harm during an incident on Heidelberg Road, Bradford, on 26 January.
At York Crown Court on Friday, a trial date was set for 24 November 2025.
The hearing heard the trial was expected to last five days, with a pre-trial hearing due to take place on 10 October.
Mr Kadric, who had been a response officer in Bradford for six years, confirmed his name during the hearing and was granted unconditional bail.
He was currently suspended from duty by West Yorkshire Police.
