Headline acts announced for Y Not festival

The Streets, Two Door Cinema Club, The Reytons, and The Libertines have been announced as the headline acts for next year's Y Not festival in Derbyshire.

The music festival is due to take place again in Pikehall, near Matlock, from 30 July to 2 August.

Other acts announced include Kaiser Chiefs, The Vaccines, Happy Mondays, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Reverend and the Makers, Scissor Sisters, and Dizzee Rascal.

The four-day event is returning for its 19th edition after first being held in 2005.

Other acts announced on Thursday include The Enemy, Hard-Fi, Rizzle Kicks, Scouting for Girls, Pale Waves, Ash, The Royston Dub, Vanessa Carlton, The Snuts, and The Fratellis.

Festival organisers said further acts would be announced at a later date.

Presale begins at 10:00 GMT on Friday November 28 while general sale tickets go on sale at the same time on Saturday November 29.
