Woman charged with murder after two-year-old dies

A 29-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a two-year-old child.
The infant was found injured at Juniper Square, a new residential area in Hemel Hempstead, at about 16:40 BST on Sunday.
Hertfordshire Police said the child was taken to hospital but died shortly afterwards.
Shilyrand Charigwati, of Juniper Square, has appeared at Hatfield Magistrates' Court where she was remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at St Albans Crown Court on Thursday.
