Boy, 17, arrested over man's suspected murder

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in a Derbyshire village.

Police said officers were called to Addison Street in Tibshelf at 20:37 BST on Tuesday.

A man in his 40s was discovered with serious injuries but was pronounced dead at the scene.

The boy remains in custody, Derbyshire Police said.

The force added the investigation was in its early stages but it was believed to be an "isolated domestic incident".
