Two men have appeared in court charged with the murder of children's nurse Karen Cummings.
Glenn King, 32, of no fixed address in Lurgan and 42-year-old Kevin McGuigan Jnr of Annacloy Park in Hillsborough, appeared at Newry Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Ms Cummings was found unconscious with a serious head injury in Laurel Heights in Banbridge, County Down, on Saturday evening. She died at the scene.
Mr McGuigan has also been charged with possession of a double-barrelled shotgun and ammunition and handling the allegedly stolen shotgun on dates between 21 January and 14 December this year.
Mr King was arrested on Sunday, while Mr McGuigan was arrested on Saturday at the property where Ms Cummings was found.
They appeared in court on Wednesday via videolink from Musgrave Police Station in Belfast.
They spoke only to confirm their names, dates of birth and that they understood the charges against them.
A detective constable told the court he could connect the men to the charges.
Solicitors for both accused confirmed they were not lodging applications for bail.
A judge remanded them both into custody and adjourned the case to 9 January.
A vigil for Ms Cummings, who worked in Daisy Hill Hospital, is due to take place on Thursday evening in Solitude Park, Banbridge.
