No measles detected after Western Isles alert

The NHS has said a suspected measles case in the Western Isles has turned out to be negative.
Earlier this week, NHS Western Isles warned some people who attended a sports centre in Lewis that they may have been exposed to the potential risk of infection.
The health board issued "warn and inform" notices to a range of people urging make sure they had been vaccinated.
NHS Western Isles thanked islanders for their response to the notifications, but added that the public should be aware that measles cases were on the rise in parts of the UK, including Scotland.
