Man arrested on suspicion of kidnap
Anyone with information or dashcam footage is urged to contact police

A man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap in Cornwall.
Devon and Cornwall Police said as part of its inquiries, it was keen to hear from anyone who was travelling on the A39 near Stratton, Bude, at about 10:00 GMT on Wednesday.
Police said there was a crash reported about this time, which involved a black Audi, which officers said was linked to the investigation. Following the crash, a woman was found nearby with minor injuries.
A man in his 30s, from Bude, has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap and remains in police custody, the force said.
