Arrest after assaulted man suffers fractured skull

A man has suffered a "fractured skull" after he was knocked unconscious at a young farmers' event in Devon, police said.
Devon and Cornwall Police said it was called to the incident at Holsworthy Memorial Hall at about 01:15 GMT on Sunday 17 November.
The force said the man, 19, was was taken to hospital following the incident.
It added that a man aged 34, from Ashwater, was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police have asked any witnesses to get in contact.
