Man charged after woman stabbed multiple times

The suspect was remanded in custody and was due to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court on Monday, police said.

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a woman in her 30s was stabbed multiple times.
Police said they were called to an address in Lowestoft Road in Carlton Colville, Suffolk, at about 02:10 GMT on Saturday.
A 34-year-old man, from Lowestoft Road, was arrested at 19:00 that same day.
He was also charged with threatening a person with a knife in a private place in respect of another victim - a teenage child.
Suffolk Police said its officers arrived within "minutes" of being called.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but they were not life-threatening, the force said.
