A body has been found in a vehicle in an industrial estate near Gatwick airport

A body has been found in the back of a vehicle in an industrial estate near Gatwick Airport, police say.

Officers were called to Whittle Way in Northgate at about 10:30 BST to reports of the body found in a vehicle.

The identity of the individual is yet to be established, Sussex Police said.

An investigation into the discovery of the body is ongoing.

The force said the death was "not currently being treated as suspicious" and a report would be prepared for the coroner.
