A leisure centre in Nottinghamshire is set to shut for about 10 weeks while it undergoes an upgrade.
Rushcliffe Borough Council says it will be repairing the roof of Keyworth Leisure Centre and refurbishing the inside.
The authority said the work, which involves creating a new layout to make way for a "larger modern gym", will see fixtures replaced in locker rooms and redecoration.
The work is scheduled to begin in May, with the centre temporarily closing "through the summer months", the authority said.
The council said its leisure provider Lex Leisure would be working closely with users to communicate changes and relocate activities to other venues where possible.

The cafe area is also due to be upgraded
The upgrade is part of a £5.2m investment aimed at improving leisure facilities in Keyworth and Cotgrave.
Funding towards the improvements was initially announced in December 2023.
Councillor Jonathan Wheeler, portfolio holder for leisure and wellbeing, said the council had put an extra £200,000 towards work in the pool area after discussions with ward members and a review of the plans for the site.
He said: "These new enhancements will help to keep the leisure centre modern and sustainable, serving the community for many years to come."
The council said the existing toilets would be moved to make way for the new gym.
The reception and seating area will also be "refreshed" to provide a "welcoming environment".
Works include a new updated layout that will see the existing toilets moved to make way for a larger modern gym.
In the changing rooms, lockers and cubicles will be replaced and the floor tiles will be renewed, and the centre will also get new doors, lighting and be redecorated, the council said.
