People will be able to get expert advice about making healthier choices at a free event in East Yorkshire.
Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham is hosting the latest in a series of Fit4Life events on 11 December, which includes "on the spot" mammograms and health advice. A further event will follow in Grimsby.
Visitors will be able to talk to hospital staff about smoking cessation, lifestyle choices, alcohol moderation, cancer screening and vaccination.
Lyn Simpson, interim group chief executive of NHS Humber Health Partnership, said the event was about helping people to take practical steps to improve their wellbeing.
Ms Simpson said the event, which is taking place between 11:00 and 14:00 GMT in the hospital's wellbeing suite, was tailored to address common health problems experienced by residents in East Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire.
"Our hospitals are always here when you need us, but Fit4Life offers a fun and interactive way to help you make healthier choices that could reduce the need for medical care in the future," she added.
The first Fit4Life session was held at Hull Royal Infirmary in July, followed by Scunthorpe in August and Goole in November.
A further event is planned for Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, in Grimsby, in the new year.
