Man and woman charged over New Year's Day stabbing

Two people have been charged after a man was stabbed on New Year's Day.
Humberside Police said the man suffered "serious injuries" to his face and a wound to his arm outside a house on Hull Road in Hessle, East Yorkshire, at about 02:00 GMT on Monday.
The force said Jack Black, 22 and of no fixed abode, would face charges of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a bladed article at Hull Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Donna Able, 36 and of Princes Avenue, Hull, has been charged with common assault and released on bail to appear before the same court on 11 April.
