Pedestrian rushed to hospital after crash

A pedestrian was taken to hospital with "potentially serious injuries" after a crash.
Dorset Police received reports at 01:25 BST of a serious collision on the A354 Blandford bypass, between the junction of Wimborne Road and the Badger roundabout.
The crash involved a white Hyundai i20, driven by a Dorchester woman in her 30s, and a male pedestrian in his 20s from Blandford, who was taken to hospital.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
