Police have released a picture of a man they want to speak to after a dog reportedly lunged at four people and tried to bite them.
Essex Police is investigating four separate incidents in Witham between 26 September and 14 November.
No injuries have been reported, but police said they wanted to speak to the man in connection with all four cases.
The force is also asking for people with footage or any other information to come forward.
