Communities across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire have been marking Baby Loss Awareness week.
Ribbons laid out in public on railings and displays represent babies who have died, including stillborn or shortly after birth.
Towns, parks and libraries have created memorial displays including in Beverley, Anlaby, Cleethorpes and Boston.
Baby Loss Awareness Week, which runs until 15 October, is now in its 22nd year and seeks to support and raise awareness about baby loss.
