Person rescued from lorry after 'sleeping in bin'

Fire crews were called to Novers Hill in Knowle to reports of a person trapped

A person has been rescued after getting trapped inside a recycling truck, a fire service has said.
Avon Fire and Rescue Service said crews were called to a person stuck inside a bin lorry on Novers Hill in Knowle, Bristol at 5:53 GMT on Tuesday.
It is believed the person was sleeping in the bin when it was emptied into the lorry.
"Crews used a triple extension ladder and vehicle hydraulics to rescue the individual from where they were trapped," they said in a statement. "Crews also worked with ambulance on the scene."
