Part of the A617 in Nottinghamshire has reopened following a crash involving two cars and a van.

Nottinghamshire Police said traffic was stopped between Kirklington Road and Eakring Road, near Bilsthorpe, shortly after 16:00 BST on Tuesday.

No-one sustained any life-threatening injuries in the crash, the force added.

Drivers were warned the road would be closed for "some time" and were urged to avoid the area.

At about 21:00, a spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Police said the road had reopened.
