Welsh assembly can't keep increasing staff, Elin Jones says
It would be "irresponsible" not to consider expanding the Welsh assembly to deal with an increased workload, Presiding Officer Elin Jones has said.
A report due on Tuesday is expected to back raising the number of AMs from 60.
Ms Jones told the BBC's Sunday Politics Wales programme that tax and law-making powers the assembly was "very different" to the institution set up in 1999.
