Thrillseekers zoom off Eiffel Tower on zip wire
Riders can now whizz at up to 90km/h (56 mph) on a zipwire from the second floor of Paris's famed landmark.
The line has been installed for the duration of the French Open tennis tournament. Participants are said to reach top speeds matching the pace of a high-powered tennis serve.
The ride is 800m (half a mile) long and takes about a minute, finishing on a platform in the Champs de Mars park at the base of the tower.
