Assault allegations: 'Trump could be deposed'

Donald Trump has said he would sue the women who have made allegations of sexual harassment against him after the US presidential election on 8 November.

Civil rights attorney Gloria Allred is representing three women who have made allegations against Donald Trump in the last few weeks.

She told the Today programme what could happen if Mr Trump pursued a lawsuit.

Donald Trump's campaign issued a statement on the allegations, saying: "This story is totally false and ridiculous."
