Italy told to stick to economic reforms

Italy has been told it must stick to its plans to reform the economy.

The think-tank for wealthy nations, the OECD, says if it does so, it could help boost gross domestic product by 4% in the next decade.

The meeting with Mr Monti came as Fiat, the largest company in Italy, agreed to look at ways of making the country more competitive.
