LTA and Stubhub sign tennis ticketing deal

The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) and secondary ticketing site Stubhub have signed a three-year deal covering three English tournaments.
The agreement starts immediately and covers the Aegon events at Queens Club, London, and Birmingham and Eastbourne.
Tennis fans in the UK can buy and sell tickets for matches of the above tournaments on the UK site of Ebay-owned Stubhub.
Tickets listed on the UK site are available for purchase worldwide.
It will be the sixth major sporting partnership signed by Stubhub since its UK launch in March 2012, including deals with Premier League football clubs Sunderland and Everton.
The agreement will give Stubhub branding opportunities both at the events, on tournament websites and via social media and other channels.
As part of the deal the company and the LTA will also be looking to offer a number of VIP tennis experiences for tennis fans.
