Nigeria's fitness sector flexes its muscles

Gyms and fitness clubs are springing up in the large urban areas of Nigeria.

The BBC's Lerato Mbele went along to one in the Nigerian capital, Abuja, to take a look at just how muscular this nascent sector is.
