EE fine: 'Sending a message to the industry'

Mobile operator EE has been fined £2.7m by the telecoms regulator, Ofcom, for overcharging tens of thousands of customers.

Lindsey Fussell, Ofcom's consumer group director, tells Today: "We hope that our fine today sends a clear message, not just to EE but right across the industry that we won't hesitate to step in."
