'I was dragged to a psychiatrist - and it was the best thing I did'

Millions of people live with or have suffered from mental health issues - and most people still have to get up and go to work - even if that feels extremely difficult.

The Institute of Directors, which represents thousands of businesses, is launching a mental health initiative to look at what firms can do to support staff who are going through mental health problems.

City lawyer Sam Brown, who suffered what she calls a "professional breakdown", and Madeleine McGivern from the mental health charity, Mind, discuss the issue with BBC Breakfast's Ben Thompson.
