The EU and the eurozone grow at their fastest pace in a decade, driven by core economies.

The EU and the eurozone both grew at their fastest pace in a decade in 2017, with much of the growth being driven by the four core economies including Germany, Italy, Spain and France.

Helene Baudchon, economist with BNP Paribas in Paris, said the French recovery was not just temporary.
