People will spend less this Christmas - Tesco boss
Ken Murphy, the chief executive of the UK's largest supermarket, told the BBC shoppers were changing their habits to save money.
Speaking to BBC business correspondent Emma Simpson, Mr Murphy said people were switching from buying fresh food to cheaper frozen products.
He said it was "inevitable" that people would spend less this Christmas.
