NI general election turns up several surprises
The election in Northern Ireland turned up a few surprises and they were to the benefit of the Ulster Unionist Party which secured two seats at Westminster.
Danny Kinahan was elected in South Antrim, unseating the DUP, while Tom Elliott took Fermanagh and South Tyrone from Sinn Féin.
The DUP is still the largest party in terms of seats won and votes cast. The other seat that changed was in East Belfast, where the DUP's Gavin Robinson won over Alliance.
