Philip Hammond: Clashes with PM's aides is 'media tittle tattle'

Chancellor Philip Hammond has said media reports of clashes between himself and Theresa May's aides are "media tittle tattle".

"I'm not going to say I've never occasionally sworn," said Mr Hammond when asked by Today's John Humphrys about angry phone calls between him and the PM's aides. But he insisted he works closely with Theresa May's "strong team".
