ICA aims to 'take more risks'

Once at the forefront of British culture, the Institute of Contemporary Arts has floundered financially in the last decade, only narrowly escaping a collapse of funding.

I have been speaking to its new director, Gregor Muir, who promises that the ICA is "risk-taking" once more.
