Michael Buble Christmas album tops UK chart

Buble's 2009 album Crazy Love topped the UK chart

Canadian singer Michael Buble is celebrating his second number one album in the UK after his Christmas covers album topped this week's chart.

The LP, featuring versions of festive classics including White Christmas and Santa Baby, climbed from last week's number two to leapfrog Susan Boyle.

JLS took second place with Snow Patrol's new album Fallen Empires at number three.

In the singles chart, Rihanna's We Found Love stayed at number one.

The singer has now overtaken Adele with the most weeks spent at number one this year.

Her six-week total comes from her single What's My Name, a collaboration with Canadian rapper Drake, and her current number one, which features Calvin Harris This week marks its second spell at number one, having first topped the chart seven weeks ago.

Rihanna's new album Talk That Talk is due out on Monday.

American rapper Flo Rida made the highest new entry with Good Feeling at number two.

Former X Factor boyband One Direction was another new entry, taking third with Gotta Be You.

Their debut album Up All Night is also released on Monday.

Buble last topped the UK album chart in 2009 with Crazy Love. Jukebox gave JLS the highest new entry in the album chart and their third top two placing.
