Rod Stewart counts paintings to sleep

Rod Stewart has admitted that he felt like a phoney when he first started performing with The Jeff Beck Group in the late 1960s.

The rocker also revealed that he now counts his art collection as a way of getting to sleep.

He told Kirsty Lang on Radio 4's Front Row that he counts his "marvellous" paintings that hang on the walls of his four houses.
