Council to decide on future of Henry Moore sculpture
Tower Hamlets Council in London is due to decide on Wednesday about the future of a Henry Moore sculpture.
The authority has been looking at the possibility of selling Draped Seated Woman to ease local budget cuts.
The artist originally sold the sculpture to the council for less than the market value on the understanding that it would go on display in the borough.
However the artwork has not been shown there for the past 15 years and is instead in the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
Speaking by another Henry Moore work in central London, Contemporary Art Correspondent of the Art Newspaper Louisa Buck told the BBC what the sculpture might fetch at auction.
