The Theory of Everything star Eddie Redmayne lived up to bookies' expectations, winning the best actor award for his portrayal of physicist Stephen Hawking
They may not have won, but acting nominees Keira Knightley, Steve Carell and Felicity Jones all added glamour to Sunday's proceedings at London's Royal Opera House.
