Will Young has spoken candidly about the pain of losing his twin brother to alcoholism and suicide in 2020.

The singer described missing his "best friend" and said it was important to speak out about what it is like to live with someone who has alcoholism.

He also discussed the struggle of caring for Rupert and getting him treatment within a "woefully underfunded" NHS.
