The NHS in Northern Ireland is expected to see 95% of patients in four hours. That measures the point from arrival to when they are admitted or treated and sent home. No patient should wait longer than 12 hours.
Official performance data is published, external quarterly with monthly provisional data also provided, external. We are using the more up-to-date monthly figures.
Information on planned operations cancelled and ambulance handover times is collected but not routinely published.
