UK Covid: We're facing an 'uncertain' winter, says Dr Harries
The head of the new UK Health Security Agency, Jenny Harries, says the UK is heading for an "uncertain" winter. Harries warned that our vulnerability to flu this year would be significantly greater than the last.
Speaking to Andrew Marr, she said that small data samples showed people infected with both flu and Covid were more at risk of serious illness and death.
