At BOXPARK in Croydon, fans react as England's place in the final is secured
From living rooms to locals, fan zones and a packed Wembley stadium, fans cheered on England as they beat Denmark 2-1 in the Euro 2020 semi-final.
Some 60,000 fans watched in person at Wembley, with millions more cheering on the action on screen.
England fans flew the flag for the Three Lions by decking out their streets, homes and pubs in red and white for the occasion.
The 2-1 win secured England a place in the Euros final for the first time.
A peak TV audience of 20.9 million watched England thrash Ukraine 4-0 in the quarter-finals last Saturday.

The Met Police said officers were keeping an eye on crowds in the capital


Fireworks were set off above a sea of fans at Wembley, where England will play Sunday's final


Delight was written all over the faces of these fans in Manchester when England equalised


Much of the match was a nail-bitingly tense 1-1, with the semi-final going in to extra time


But once the final whistle was blown, the relief and happiness was there to see


Many England fans in the stadium felt sure that football is coming home

In Copenhagen, there was dismay from spectators as they watched Denmark lose to England

People travelled from across England to be at the stadium


Some fans wore costumes, including dressing as Knights of St George for the big day


And an England lion


Others opted for striking England face paint


Fans of all ages inside Wembley made it a night to remember

Everyone at the match had to prove they were fully vaccinated or show a negative Covid test

Those with tickets to watch the match at Wembley Stadium had to prove they were fully vaccinated via the NHS app, with both doses received at least 14 days before match day.
Those not fully vaccinated had to show proof of a negative lateral flow test from the previous 48 hours. The stadium was at about 75% capacity, with the vast majority being England fans.

For those packing into fan zones, no proof of test or quarantine was required, but people had to check in via the NHS Test and Trace app.
In pubs and other venues, social distancing rules meant up to six people from six households, or two households of any size, could sit together inside or 30 outside.
