Ian Callen: "During a recent trip to arctic Norway we spent the day in the Lyngen Alps. We stopped in a 'blink and you'll miss it town', Skibotn, for a hot drink - as the temperature was -10C - in a cafe run by a friendly Icelandic guy. Before getting back in the car, my daughter stood out on this pontoon in the small harbour, and I thought how pure the scene was."
