Piers Marlow is expected to be asked a range of questions by BBC Radio Norfolk's Breakfast show presenter Chris Goreham.

Topics are likely to include a national rise in the bus fare cap, the success of electric buses in Norwich and the firm's controversial use of revenue protection officers.

• First Bus in the East of England runs services throughout Norfolk and Suffolk
• It has depots in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, King's Lynn and Ipswich

• The company, which is part of FirstGroup - one of the largest rail and bus firms in the UK, external - has 327 buses and employs almost 900 staff
• In early 2024, about 70 electric buses were added to the Norwich network
• Last month, a passenger complained to the BBC that First Bus revenue protection officers had left her feeling "humiliated" as she had not kept hold of her ticket
• From next year, First Bus will operate two services, external for the Norwich Park and Ride
