    Lib Dems leader Sir Ed Davey says Labour needs to be “more ambitious”with its plans – and agree to cross-party cooperation to deliver on long-term reform to the social care system.

    Also discussing social care was Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp, who says he’s not aware of Labour contacting his party for cross-party talks.

    And Ukrainian Environment Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk says her country remains ready to deliver on its climate commitments despite the impact the war with Russia is having on resources.
