The driver of the Hyundai car, a 40-year-old woman, has been arrested by police
Toulston Lane remains closed as police conduct inquiries

The incident on Leeds Road, near Toulston, was reported just before 12:30 GMT.
Emergency services, including two helicopters from Yorkshire Air Ambulance, attended the scene.
North Yorkshire Council said Rudgate and Toulston Lane were also closed and asked people to avoid the area.
